This purpose of this website is to help with the rental, sale and management of the property
207 / 65 Mooban Naifan in Chiangmai, Thailand.
The house is located in an extremely well managed development (Mooban) with excellent security and facilities, it is at the foot of the mountains to the west of Chiangmai, fifteen minutes from downtown.
We have been living in the same Mooban ourselves since 2002 and it's brilliant !

The present tenants have a contract until 2020 which is renewable.

It is mainly unfurnished.

The rental is Thai Baht 40,000 a month.
If future tenants would prefer the house to be furnished then this can be done but the monthly rental then would be Thai Baht 50,000 per month with a minimum rental period of two years.
If the furnished option is taken then the actual furniture items
would be negotiated with the tenants to best fit their needs at an acceptable quality.
