The second Foxalls Porkys of the year saw the elite bunch of troughers returning to their Roots (rooting!) as drinks were hosted at the Foxall Stye.
With 3 hand-picked guests (or PFTE's - Pigs For The Evening - not a reflection of their eating habits by the way!) we headed off to a quiet little Vietnamese restaurant, The Nha Trang on Wellington Street.
In a throw back to early Porkies' days the bill was ----- unbelievably, incredibly and undeniably within budget! Less than $350 per couple including drinks! So we all trotted off happy and contented after a veritable feast only for some members(and guests), unfortunately, to be 'taken' at the exit to the street by flash flooding which was surging down Wellington Street.
They were last seen hurtling straight towards the abbatoir in Kennedy Town.
